Aweosme game, killer graphics, but after about 2-5 minutes, it creshes my computer (27” Imac with 32GB RAM)… please fix this! I paid money for this.

I have a core i7 Mac Pro retina 8GB RAM running El Capitain. The game runs for about 15 mins and then crashes. It still needs a lot of work to make it run smoothly on El capitain, also note that Mac OSX Sierra will be out this year so we could find ourselves back at square one. This is really good game, so please get on with fixing it so that it can run smoothly on a Mac.

Someone please fix the game crashes

I like the game but it keeps crashing on a newer Mac. OS is updated to the newest version. The next step will be to scale back all the settings. 40 dollar App store game that doesn’t work on a newer Mac?

A lot of the negative reviews on this game are because its simply does not work, and you are unable to access multiplayer and zombies. I was having this problem as well and if you are having the same problems all you need to do is follow these steps. First, log out of game center and turn off your Wi-Fi. Then, restart your computer and turn your Wi-Fi back on. Do not sign into game center. Click on the black ops game and when the game center prompt pops up use that to sign into game center. This has worked for me and continues to work for me today. hopefully it will work for you to. If you continue to have these problems simply repeat these steps! Hope it helps.

YOU SCRUBS ARE SPENDING TOO MUCH TIME MAKING OTHER GAMES FOR THE MAC APPSTORE THAT NO ONE WANTS TO PLAY!!!! JUST SPEND SOME TIME ON BLACK OPS 2!!!!! THIS GAME IS GOOD, BUT BLACK OPS 2 IS REALLY THE ONLY GAME A LOT OF PEOPLE REALLY WANT MORE THAN THIS! PLEAAAAASE MAKE BLACK OPS 2 FOR MAC!!!!!

it stops responding and says something like shadow something in red and then it doesnt work it just stayed like that with a black screen i tried it on the 15 inch macbook pro with retina display 2.8 ghz intel core i7 with 16 gb of ram and it runs well and then it froze on that black screen and i tried it too on the macbook pro mid 2010 13 non retina with 16 gb of ram and it froze on the same black screen

While in gameplay, it’s great. When saving, it freezes up my computer and I have to do a hard shut down. Happens about 90% of the time, and it usually loses my progress even though I’m at a new level. I have a late ’15 27” iMac with 24gb memory, so it ain’t the hardware.

The game is alot of fun but the only problem it has, that I’ve noticed, is whenever I die in campaign mode the game stops running and I have to turn off my computer and then turn it back on. Please fix this as soon as possible. I paid alot of money for the game.

The game runs but, shows a shader warning. No explanation for that. Overall, not a fun game. In mission mode you constantly try to keep up with AI players and get shot by enemies you can’t see. Zombie mode is boring. Looked like only a handful of other players in multiplayer mode. The in-between videos are a lot of flickery flashback mumbo jumbo.

i would like to get my money back.. cant enjoy the game . keeps on crashing. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!!!

So it started off great! Seemed to run well on a 2013 iMac with the Iris pro card. But then it wouldn’t restart after I died in the game. I would have to force quit to play again. Aspyr blames Apple. The support recommendation was to lower my difficulty level so I wouldn’t die so much. Okay… I guess we are all waiting for some sort of update from somebody. Great. So two starts because it sort of works. But that’s overly generous at this point.

This game crashes left and right. Using OSX 10.11.5 on a brand new Mac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015) 3.2 GHz Intel Core i5 8 GB 1867 MHz DDR3 AMD Radeon R9 M380 2048 MB.

Downloaded the game for my son. But after he wanted to play the Muilitplayer mode is when i found out Apple had removed the Game Center for 10.12, The gane is looking for the Game Center for the Muilitplayer to do the networking. So, why did Apple or Aspysr not fix this issue. I think I am going to again ask for my money back from Apple. I also got one of the add ons. That you can not play at this point. Stay awawy until this issue is fixed.

I wasn’t sure how this game was going to work taking into account some people saying it doesn’t work for them. It turns out that my system can run this game on full 5K resolution no problem. I bought the xbox 360 game pad to use and this game rocks just like it did on my console. This looks way better than a console version hands down. I’m so happy to have Black Ops on my iMac. I also have it installed on my late 2015 macbook pro with retina and 16gb of ram, again it runs super smooth on the highest resolution. If you have a newer iMac or macbook like I do, don’t hesitate to buy this game.

I am currently unaible to play the game I finished downloading the game but havent been able to play it, I open it and it takes me to the menu where it says whats new and to click play.Whenever I click play the game just closes and nothing ever loads. Somebody please help really want to play.

If you die, it crashes. Even if you don’t die, it crashes. I have been unable to actually play this for more than 10 minutes because it crashes. Quite possibly their worst title simply due to bugs.
