every time is try to play zombies or multiplayer its says i have a network connection error zombies was the reason why i bought this game

Running on 2014 15macbook pro retina with graphics on HIGH works amazing no lag, multiplayer is incredible as usual.

I bought this game last year in feb and played it alot just came back to it after I updated to OS X Yosemite and now I cant play I can get on to the main menu but i cant play SP/MP/or zombies. Its ask me to “Restore Puchases” but when I click on it nothing happends as soon as this is fix tho I will right a new review for it and rate it 4.5 out of 5. till then its going to have to be 2 out of 5. payed $59 for this should never happen. hope it’s fixed soon

In some missions, it goes to a blank white screen after you die which forces me to force quit the game and then restart the whole level all over again even if my progress was about half-way into the mission. I am using the late 2013 Macbook Pro 13 inch with 2.6Ghz i5 processor and I have closed all apps before starting the game. However, multiplayer works fine.

everytime i open up multiplayer, it says network connection error so i cant play bots or online!! on my Yosemite as well

I don’t even know why I decided to get this game, I really pooched myself. It runs as fast as an old person who used to do track & field. Kinda slow but it gets there. Don’t get this game it will ruin your hopes and dreams, and turn you into a squid. Only a crazy person could play this game.

I bought COD4 modern warfare and I like it a lot, this is the reason I decided to buy black ops. I AM NOT HAPPY!!! The game is extremely slow on multiplayer and campaign, and on campaign and on zombies it freezes… I have to PULL THE PLUG on my iMac when this happens…DO NOT BUY THIS GAME IF YOU DO HAVE THE ABSOLUTE BEST CONNECTION AND A BRAND NEW COMPUTER TO PLAY ON…U WONT BE HAPPY………sorry aspyr…better luck next time….Ill be asking for my money back...

For the love of god Apple. STOP MAKING US HAVE TO USE GAME CENTER TO PLAY ONLINE! IT DOESN’T FREAKIN WORK! I try to play multiplayer, or even zombies, but it either says network fail or “you must sign in to Game Center to use this feature.” If you don’t get rid of Game center, You are going to have a very unhappy customer.

Its really good, dosnt crashes for me that i know of… love playing online but we need dedicated servers so we can automattically play on a server without having to find one and clicking on it, and instead of waiting for a gamemode that you want to play that is full, but overall good job for porting this, should lower the price of this game to 15.00$ , this game is old now not new, But love this game, and i like how you can put your own mods into it too, raiting : 10/10 you need a good computer to run this, i have a macbook air 2013 12’ runs great but you need to find settings that will make the game run smooth

Not bad. I dont have any issues so far except i want to know how to get the other zombie maps. Playing on a mac mini 2012 with only a 2.5Ghz i5 and an Unsupported HD4000 and have no problems as long as i stick with automatic graphics settings (did change the resolution slightly to fit my apple display) and I also have 16Gb of ram in my machine.

This game crashes continually on my 2015 MacBook Pro 13 inch Retina with maxed out specs: 3.1 GHz Intel Core i7, Intel Iris 6100, 16 GB RAM, etc. If you die, the game screen goes to black and doesn’t save any progress within the level. The only way out of the black screen is to force quit. Then it’s another several minutes to restart. Other times, the game will just shut down in mid-play for no reason. Absolutely horrible and unplayable.

i couldnt even open the game on my mac, plz do something

This is my favourite Call of Duty game, Im so glad to see it on the Mac App Store. The only problem is that the system requirements are pretty high compared to many standard mac computers. Only the very newest Mac computers have the capability of running this game. Personally, I own a 2011 Macbook Pro, it has an integrated Intel HD Graphics 3000 with 384MB of video ram. The game rarely runs smooth, even on the minimum graphical setting. I tried this game on a newer MacBook Pro with Retina Display - Intel Iris 6100. The game runs so much better. Hopefully Treyarch will optimize this game and add support for more graphics cards. Overall this game still rocks!

When it runs, it is a pretty good game, but can take five minutes to get through the stories. It does freeze and crash. Kind of wish I had not bought it.

I think it’s great and it works well for my mac, but make more maps and add more weapons, Thanks

Game currently crashes and freezes after dying when using Mac OS X 10.11, other than that, great game

i really REALLY wish this would work with my "MFi Certified” controller. seems like it would be a no-brainer for that ability to have been added. as for now, i am pretty bummed that i spent all this money on a game, that i won’t use. bummer.

I really just bought this game to play Zombies, but it only works when you are connected to internet. The problem is that I was able to download the game, but when I try opening Zombies or Multiplayer, an error comes up saying I need to connect to internet. Honestly, don’t waste your cash on this game. It is very laggy and takes forever to open (and yes I meet the requirements to run this game.) I’ve played this game on Xbox and PS3 and it is just sad to see a version this bad. If Zombies and Multiplayer worked offline it would be much better, but it makes no sense to make Solo Zombies online. Was a great game, but Mac ruined it for me.
